How to Make a Paper Man’s Shirt

Materials:

·        A pencil

·        A ruler

·        Scissors

·        Paper glue

·        Colored paper (brown and blue)

·        HVS paper

·        A small button

Steps:

1.     Cut out a rectangle from the brown paper. Let’s say 15 cm × 21 cm.

2.     Cut out a 15 cm × 21 cm sized shirt piece using HVS paper. Don’t forget the triangle for the neck.

3.     Glue the shirt piece onto the brown paper.

4.     Cut the tie out of the blue paper. Then cut out the tie knot again separately. Glue it onto the tie. So the knot part is now double layered.

5.     Attach the tie to the card, by gluing the top part only.

6.     Cut out two piece of collars, a piece of pocket and a pocket flap using the HVS paper.

7.     Attach the collar parts. Only glue a small line along the neck and shoulder adges.

8.     Glue the pocket and the pocket flap onto the shirt.

9.     Glue the button on the pocket flap.
